What's new in Portal 10.2.0? 🚀

We are joyful to announce the release of BioMedIT Portal 10.2.0, which is packed with new features and improved usability.

New Data Transfers page 📮
We have completely revisited the user experience of the data transfers page. On top of the already existing table overview, we have added separate pages for the detailed view, the create form, and the edit form.
Tables are routable 🧭
Many pages on BioMedIT Portal come with tables. Each table is sortable, filterable, and paginated.
In this new release, we updated tables so that specific views of a table are now routable (i.e. encoded in the page URL). Operations such as sorting, filtering, and paginating tables update a page’s URL, allowing users to easily navigate back and forth between different views, or share a link to a specific table view.
Middle click works on buttons and table rows 🖱️
As most forms and detailed views are now available as separate routable pages, we have added support for middle clicks on buttons and table rows. This allows users to open the corresponding page in a new tab.
